I'm Rebecca Smith, a high-performance coach and mother of two.

“How much time will I need to commit to the challenge?”

You should be able to see a huge boost in confidence from just 15 minutes a day for 7 days.

The online training sessions are all under 10 minutes each (Many are under 5 minutes) and then your athlete will need to spend about 5-10 minutes on their lesson for the day.

This challenge only takes 7 days to complete, but the results are astounding!

"We're already so busy with training, won’t this challenge take up even more time?"

If your athlete can squeeze in 5-10 minutes a day for 7 days, then they’ve got enough time.

It could be first thing in the morning, in the car on the way to practice or on the bus to school. Even a small amount of mental training can help massively.

Your athlete can listen to the audios while riding in the car or any time you’re sitting around waiting.

“How long do we have access to the online training sessions and workbook?”

You have lifetime access to both the online training sessions and the included workbook.

That means you’ll always be able to revisit this when you want to try the challenge or watch lessons again.

"Does the challenge have to be parent-led?"

Not at all. It’s completely up to the athlete/parent/coach as to how you go through it.
