Samantha Jackson, PsyD
My name is Samantha and I have my doctorate in clinical psychology and my masters in sport psychology. I played sports my whole life and continue to love being involved in the athletic atmosphere. I competitively participated in gymnastics between the ages of 7-12 years old; I started to play soccer at the age of 5 and competitively played from middle school-throughout college, and still play in adult leagues; and I was able to participate in basketball for fun between the ages of 12 and 17 years of age. I understand the pressure a sport can have on a child and the dynamics that impact performance.
My goal is to help athletes, coaches, and parents understand what impacts the quality of performance, help them learn how to balance sport and personal life to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and guide you back to your passion in times of doubt.
I am very passionate about helping the next generation of athletes become the best people in and out of their sport and am really excited to be part of the complete performance team.
